Job Description
">The Maintenance Supervisor will direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary. This position will coordinate machine maintenance and electro/mechanical technician resources to support the plant as required.
">This role will also assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all activities/persons associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions at a given Ashley location.
">This includes building, machine, and supports groups depending upon the location.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
- 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
- Previous experience in supervision, Required
- Experience in manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required
