We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Shipping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and assigning work activities in a distribution department. You will support and implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions.
Your key responsibilities will include managing and improving functional areas, instituting performance measures through the use of Continuous Improvement tools, and improving working conditions and processes (safety, quality, productivity, and cost).
