Summary

The MLOps AI Engineer will lead the development and implementation of machine learning operations infrastructure, combining deep ML expertise with DevOps best practices.
This role is responsible for building and maintaining scalable ML platforms, automating ML pipelines, and ensuring reliable deployment of AI models into production environments.
The position requires hands-on technical expertise in both ML / AI technologies and modern infrastructure practices.

Primary Job Functions

Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for training, testing, and deploying ML models

Build and maintain ML infrastructure using cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes

Develop automated CI / CD pipelines specific to ML workflows

Create monitoring and observability solutions for ML model performance

Implement version control for data, models, and ML artifacts

Design and maintain feature stores and ML metadata management systems

Optimize ML model serving infrastructure for performance and scalability

Implement ML security best practices and governance frameworks

Automate model retraining and deployment processes

Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize ML models

Design and implement A / B testing frameworks for model deployment

Create self-service platforms for ML experimentation

Audit, maintain, and ensure employee time-keeping and absentee records are accurate.

Communicate company and departmental issues and goals and facilitate employee growth and development through weekly team meetings, regular individual employee meetings, coaching, training, and company-offered learning opportunities.

Manage resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods and materials.

Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.

Very Familiar with all of the following :

Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

MLOps platforms (Kubeflow, MLflow)

Containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)

Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

Version control systems (Git)

Job Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, ML, or related field – or equivalent experience

Experience :

5 years’ experience in software engineering or ML engineering

Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc)

Experience with containerization and Kubernetes

Expertise in CI / CD tools and practices

Understanding of ML lifecycle management

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

Knowledge of ML monitoring and observability tools

Licenses or Certifications CKA, CKAD, or CKS certifications
