- Backlog Management: Assist in managing the product backlog, prioritizing and refining user stories to ensure timely delivery.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Sprint Ceremonies: Participate in sprint planning sessions to ensure the team understands product goals and priorities, promoting seamless Agile adoption.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in planning and conducting UAT to guarantee product features meet acceptance criteria, upholding quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on product development and gather feedback, fostering collaboration and transparency.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of product features, requirements, and changes, facilitating knowledge sharing and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a product owner, product analyst, or similar role, preferably in enterprise software engineering and deep understanding of business operations in manufacturing and/or quality systems.
