Position Overview
The Vice President of Network Design and Optimization will lead strategic initiatives to develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize our global network infrastructure. This role will focus on creating an agile, efficient, and customer-centric Distribution and Transportation network that enables seamless delivery of products and services across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive network optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing network design solutions
- Partner with executive leadership to define and achieve operational excellence goals
- Create and maintain strategic roadmaps for network enhancement initiatives
Network Design & Analytics
- Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and modeling
- Oversee network simulation and optimization studies
- Design and implement network configurations that balance service levels, cost, and efficiency
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure network performance and optimization opportunities
Innovation & Technology
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance network capabilities

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field
- 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or network optimization

- Strong background in data analytics and statistical modeling
- Experience with supply chain optimization tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in related field
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications
