Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport loads of up to 100 pounds and occasionally manipulate up to 250 pounds with precision and care.
- Move materials within the Distribution Center as needed, adhering to established safety protocols.
- Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles in a safe and appropriate manner, prioritizing both productivity and safety.
- Maintain a high level of comfort while working at heights utilizing equipment such as cherry pickers.
Requirements:
- Able to accurately record production information using scanners, computers, or handwritten records.
- Inspect parts for defects, repair if possible, and notify relevant personnel of non-conforming parts.
- Capable of learning basic computer and scanning systems, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Must be able to remain on their feet in an upright position and move about on foot for the duration of their shift.
