Growing, stable company seeking seasoned bookkeeper.
Duties
- Assess invoices/statements and obtain payment approval, ensuring timely payment (via check, credit card, or ACH).
- Perform invoice matching, GL coding, and entry into business system.
- Perform accounts payable account reconciliations.
- Prepare and process check runs
- Handle inquiries from vendors.
- File (physically and digitally) A/P and A/R paperwork.
- Team with the accountant on audits.
- Assist with production of 1099s.
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- HS diploma (preferred, with some college)
- Working knowledge of accounting procedures
- Multiple years accounts payable and receivable experience
