Business Process Analyst. Entry Level
Location: Arcadia, WI
Are you passionate about improving business processes and driving efficiency? We're looking for a Business Process Analyst to work closely with our Wholesale Teams to document, analyze, and enhance operations. If you thrive in problem-solving, process optimization, and system implementation, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
✅ Evaluate and refine business processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness
✅ Drive, monitor, and manage new process implementations
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve process failures, escalating when needed
✅ Analyze reports to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and timely issue resolution
✅ Identify and implement process improvements to optimize service delivery
✅ Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for system updates
✅ Provide administrative support, including reporting and supply management
✅ Collaborate with IT on system testing, updates, and implementations
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Proven experience in process analysis and optimization
Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Continuous Improvement programs
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive change
Familiarity with system testing and implementation (a plus!)
