As an Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our distribution center's success. You'll oversee multiple departments, lead supervisors, and ensure everything runs smoothly-on time, within budget, and with safety as a top priority.
Your day-to-day will include:
✅ Leading & Mentoring: Guide and develop supervisors to hit productivity, quality, and safety goals.
✅ Optimizing Operations: Plan ahead to ensure seamless product flow, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
✅ Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze trends, diagnose issues, and implement smart business solutions.
✅ Continuous Improvement: Use Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance processes.
✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, Transportation, and other teams to keep operations aligned with company goals.
✅ Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety audits, ensure training, and promote a culture of workplace safety.
What You Need to Succeed:
Must-Haves:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
✔ 3 years of leadership experience in distribution, e-commerce, or a related industry
✔ Proven ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-you're not afraid to dive deep into data
✔ Experience with Lean methodologies and process improvements
Nice-to-Haves:
➕ Master's degree or equivalent experience
➕ Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Lean certifications
➕ Background in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment
➕ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
➕ Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment

Compensation: Annual Salary = $84,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
