What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our international customers by using their expertise to build strong, healthy relationships with customers, educating them of all benefits of doing business with the organization and creating an open and accessible communication route for free flow of information.Coordinate the customer orders with Marketing Specialists, Customers, Credit Department, warehouses, and overseas manufacturers to ensure timely delivery according to customer request dates.Spend a majority of the workday handling customer requests, questions or concerns and troubleshooting to solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the goals of the company in mind.

What Do You Need?
- Associate Degree in International Business or business-related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
- 1 year of Office Support or Customer Service-related field, Required
