Interpreter, English/Spanish - ONSITE
What Will You Do?
You will use your stellar verbal and written communication skills to provide assistance with translation and interpretation. You will assist in the hiring process, performance management process, team meetings, training sessions, emergency, and other situations. Our distribution center, operations department, and corporate department will utilize your skills for interviewing and hiring, providing tours, administering pre-employment tests, and any other necessary area.

Interpreter, English/Spanish - ONSITE
What Will You Do?
You will use your stellar verbal and written communication skills to provide assistance with translation and interpretation. You will assist in the hiring process, performance management process, team meetings, training sessions, emergency, and other situations. Our distribution center, operations department, and corporate department will utilize your skills for interviewing and hiring, providing tours, administering pre-employment tests, and any other necessary area.
- Interpret verbal communications between the English and Spanish in orientation, training, team meetings and other opportunities that require interpretation.
- Translate written communications into other languages for Operations
- Demonstrate the Company's Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
- Associates Degree in Business, Human Resources, or Communication or related field
- 1 year experience in Spanish/English interpretation and translation
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, training practices and principles, and document management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive can-do attitude!
