Retail Distribution Center Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and equipment history
• Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and carpentry work
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Basic welding skills are preferred but not required
