Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest. Maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the front desk and engage with guests to ensure a cordial, respectful treatment representing the Company's brand image.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols. Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required while maintaining thorough documentation of sales transactions.
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
- Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures, including participation in bi-annual inventory checks.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
- Gets charged up by interacting with others, being outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to.
- Conveys information in a way that inspires action.
- Gets excited by developing and sharing fresh ideas.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
