As a Retail Sales Associate at Ashley Furniture, you will be the person who guides store guests and transforms them into loyal customers. You will create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley's products, helping guests discover the styles that reflect their lives and design rooms they will love to live in.
Purpose at Ashley:
To transform store guests into loyal customers by providing outstanding service experience, guiding them through our home furnishings, and creating inspiration and enthusiasm for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class service and delight our guests, maintaining a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk.
- Accurately process sales orders, adhere to cash handling protocols, and aid customers with credit applications and financing matters.
- Address customer concerns independently and support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIs and performance standards, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Legaslly authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
