Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $18.00 - $18.00, plus incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class service and delight our guests.
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain thorough documentation of sales transactions.
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
- Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists.
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
