Purpose at Ashley:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will transform store guests into loyal customers. You will be the expert on home furnishings, creating inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley's products. You will help our guests discover the styles that reflect their lives and help them design rooms they will love to live in.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest, maintaining a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk.
- Accurately process sales orders and adhere to cash handling protocols.
- Address customer concerns independently and support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements:
- Limited to US residents.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Outgoing, friendly, and easy to talk to.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation:
This position pays an hourly rate of $17.30 following the 60-day training period. Incentives based upon sales range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types.
