Tech & System Trailblazing
Align closely with IT leadership to design the future of our supply chain tech
Spearhead enterprise-level implementations (TMS, WMS, ERP-you name it)
Lead UAT, systems integration, and optimization efforts that actually work.
Business Process Innovation
Translate complex business needs into tech-forward solutions
Drive continuous improvement across every corner of our operations
Lead data migration, manage key vendor partnerships, and ensure every system aligns with real-world business goals
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or IT (Master's preferred)
12 years of progressive program leadership experience (5 years at the senior level)
A deep, working knowledge of distribution and transportation operations
Real-world experience with system rollouts, integrations, and operational improvement
PMP certification or equivalent? Even better
Proven success in leading transformational programs and getting cross-functional buy-in.
Tech Toolbox & Methodologies:
TMS, WMS, ERP system implementations
Agile, Waterfall, hybrid methodologies
UAT, testing protocols, and system documentation
Data migration, system integration, and business case development

Compensation: Annual Salary = $140,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
