Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of nursing services, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Manage staffing schedules and shift management to maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios.
- Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices.
- Ensure proper management of MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for residents in skilled nursing facilities.
- Address any issues related to patient care or staff performance promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for both patients and staff.
Experience
- Proven experience in nursing administration, preferably in settings such as nursing homes, home health, assisted living, or hospice care.
- Strong background in nurse management with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and documentation processes within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A valid nursing license is required; additional certifications in nursing administration or management are preferred.

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
