Delivery Driver

HIRING IMMEDIATELY- DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!

Ashley Homestore is immediately hiring Delivery Drivers! The ideal candidate is responsible for delivering and setting up furniture in a customer’s home and our multiple store locations.

• Must be self motivated and willing to accept challenges as they come to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs individually and up to 250 lbs with the assistance of another employee.

• Must be able to greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude, and maintain a level head at all times when in a customer’s home.

• Must check off your route in the morning, and ensure the truck is loaded properly for the day.

• Must ensure any issues are brought to the attention of the warehouse manager during loadout period in the morning.

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical at the time of hire and every two years following.

• Responsible for following DOT regulations and operating a motor vehicle safely at all times.

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and participate in random drug testing.

• Must be able to maintain an acceptable MVR and participate in annual MVR checks.

• Must keep a record of all fuel purchases with receipts at the fuel station, and turn them in to the warehouse office the following day.

• Must have access to a cellular device.
