What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher 2 position at Ashley HomeStore?
- $15 for 60 days, $16 after 90 days, $17 after one year
- Having Sundays/Mondays OFF (Tuesday - Saturday)
- Guaranteed time off
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Making outbound calls to and taking inbound calls from customers whose orders are eligible for scheduling a delivery/pickup.
- Invoicing delivered items.
- Route delivery drivers and/or in-home service technicians based on geography and urgent customer needs.
- Dispatch efficiently and maintain regular contact with drivers and/or technicians to ensure successful completion.
- Review daily field paperwork for completeness and accuracy; develop and maintain route logs.
- Assist in tracking and managing the hours worked for the delivery team and/or service technician. Develop and communicate daily report to management.
