What We’re Looking For:
- Are you an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing multiple retail locations and driving sales performance?
- Do you have a passion for developing and mentoring teams to achieve their goals and enhance the customer experience?
- Are you skilled in creating and executing strategies to improve operations, marketing, and inventory management?
- Are you comfortable with 85% travel between locations and working collaboratively to achieve company goals?
The Role: As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll oversee store operations and lead a team to drive sales performance across multiple locations. Your role includes:
- Oversee store schedules, inventory control, and facilities management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Directly coach and mentor two Selling Sales Managers, setting sales targets, providing feedback, and ensuring team success in meeting goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience across all locations.
- Lead and mentor store leadership teams, conducting one-on-one reviews and setting performance goals to foster growth and development.
- Work closely with marketing, HR, and operations teams to align strategies, optimize store performance, and drive customer engagement across locations.
