Pay: $70-90k bonus

The Regional General Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations and driving sales performance across multiple locations. This role involves managing operations, team development, and customer service while ensuring sales targets are met. The position combines leadership in daily operations with strategic responsibility for sales growth, inventory management, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, facilities management, inventory control, and store schedules. Ensure high standards of customer service and efficient team performance.
- Sales Leadership: Directly oversee and coach two Selling Sales Managers. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop store leadership teams. Conduct effective one-on-ones with salespeople and sales managers on a monthly basis to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Customer Experience: Drive strategies for exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Marketing & Events: Oversee store marketing events, signage, and promotional materials. Coordinate and execute marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive traffic.
- Weather Closures & Scheduling: Make decisions on store closures due to weather conditions. Ensure schedules are properly maintained for both stores and communicate schedule changes effectively.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and HR to align sales goals and operational processes across locations.
- Visual Merchandising & Inventory: Ensure stores meet visual merchandising standards and manage inventory through cycle counts and audits.
- Education: High School Diploma, GED (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: Proven leadership in retail operations and sales, managing multiple locations. Experience in budget management, sales growth, marketing, and team development.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Travel: 100% travel required between the two-three locations or more daily and additional locations for training.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
