About the Job:
The Warehouse Delivery Driver pulls and tags furniture for deliveries, loads and unloads the truck, drives the truck to pick up and/or deliver furniture, and builds furniture.
Responsibilities:
- Unpacking, prep and assembly of merchandise per company’s procedures and specifications.
- Lable and stage shipments for carrier pick up or customer delivery.
- Pick, pack, assemble and prepare orders for shipment or customer pick up.
- Receive and unload inbound shipments.
- Unload and unpack merchandise, checking for damage and discrepancies.
- Delivers and picks up furniture
- Builds furniture
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Experience operating a motor vehicle safely is preferred
- Prior delivery driver experience
- Class C License with Air Brake Endorsement
