The Behavior Technician (Childcare Worker) in Auburn is responsible for enriching and supporting cultural, social, and emotional growth, and stages of development for Ashley House’s clients.
Responsibilities
- Performing crafts and activities with children, in alignment with their care plans
- Ensuring children play safely with other children
- Implementing Engagement Plans
- Assisting with meal planning and preparation
- Completing household chores; Assisting with client outings
Work Schedule:
- Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday 12:00 - 8:00 PM
Minimum Requirements Include:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years of age and must possess at least 1 year experience working with youth or 2 years of Social Services Education
- WA Driver's License an acceptable driving record
- A current (BLS) CPR certification
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required vaccinations, including COVID-19, Flu, TB, and TDAP
