LOCATION:
This position is based in our Federal Way administrative office but work is carried out in locations throughout the Puget Sound.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assists maintenance team to perform service and repairs in the areas of lawn care, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical, general repair and light construction for Ashley House properties. Ensures ongoing service and maintenance of Ashley House vehicles. Prioritizes workload, ensuring safety or sanitary concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- A high-school diploma or equivalent is required
- Two years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Basic knowledge of landscaping, maintenance of residential properties, vehicle maintenance, painting, and plumbing
- Must be able to lift or assist in lifting within Ashley House guideline
