What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st shift Industrial Painters position at Ashley Industrial Molding?
Our Oelwein Ashley Industrial Molding location is looking for Industrial Painters. This is a 1st shift position working Monday-Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with overtime Friday and Saturday if needed. Starting wage is $21.00 and over depending on experience.

Some of our painters responsibilities include:
- Use spray gun to apply primer or top coat to molded parts.
- Clean spray guns.
- Flush paint lines.
- Change paint filters.
- Change booth paper.
- Wear a supplied air or air purifying respirator when painting.
- Inspecting painted parts.
- Load and unload parts on a moving line
- Sand and / or wash parts as part of rotation
