Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, on a moving production line. In this role, you will apply paint and coatings to products as they move through the line, ensuring a smooth, high-quality finish. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain product consistency and quality. This role requires attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Apply paint and coatings to products on a continuously moving line
- Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish according to specifications
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns and booths
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Able to cross-train
Qualifications
- Prior painting experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods and working in a production setting
- Willingness to learn and follow company painting process.
