Role Description
The energized talented individual joining our IT Department would need to have effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment. The right candidate will be able to create SQL Queries, analyze data and create reports using various platforms. You will create queries for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, reports using BI tools and create dashboards. Our corporate office in Ashley will be the main location in this role, however you will be training end users on new reports and dashboards and may need to travel no more than 10%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 3 years SQL experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent programming and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn and apply new technology
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 Suite
- Experience in supporting end users directly for ERP and technical issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills of all types of tasks and activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all department types
- Experience with SharePoint implementation a plus
- Experience with Crystal Reports a plus
- Experience with IQMS a plus
