Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations, with a particular emphasis on swiftly generating estimates and invoices based on designer selections.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately and promptly create estimates and invoices reflecting designer selections and client specifications.
- Manage the accounts payable process, including verifying, coding, and processing vendor invoices.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to understand project requirements and ensure financial documentation aligns with project timelines.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as needed.
