Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator - Digital Commerce

Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator   Reports to: VP Ecom ( Anne Catapano) In NJ Office: 5 Days a week   Position Overview:This role will focus on managing products and samples for our online store, ensuring that all merchandise is accurately represented and readily available for site activation and marketing initiatives. This role will partner with cross functional teams including the buying and photography teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with merchandise and strong organizational skills. Position Description:  Sample Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of product samples, ensuring they are properly cataloged and stored. Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of samples for photo shoots, influencer partnerships, and promotional events. Prioritize photography needs based on delivery dates. E-commerce Support: Assist in updating product information on the site.  Perform QA of the site ensuring all sample items are accurately represented on the website. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to facilitate photo shoots and promotional materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for all sample-related inquiries from internal teams. Maintain accurate reporting on sample and photo status. Qualification and Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or sample management is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Excel and experience with inventory management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
