Systems Administrator - IT

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and maintaining Microsoft Windows servers in an Azure environment.  Will also be assisting in the resolution of level 2-3 service tickets.  Must be able to work one weekend per month to support our retail stores. A Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's IT Azure infrastructure. Desired skills: Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers in Azure cloud. Ensure all instances are running efficiently by monitoring the allocated resources identifying performance bottlenecks and ensure the correct sizing is assigned to each instance. Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect Windows servers from unauthorized access and cyber threats; including monthly patch management and security reviews. Must have good working knowledge of network management, connectivity and troubleshooting skills in an Active Directory environment. PowerShell knowledge is a must. Knowledge on the following applications a plus AirWatch configuration and management ADmanager plus, and service desk Zoho Opmanager network monitoring Workstation configuration, troubleshooting and patching Windows and Mac operating systems. Must be able to manage the implementation of projects, such as business applications with full documentation. Resolve assigned service tickets on a timely manner and documenting the resolutions accordingly. Good verbal and written communication skills required.
