Ashley | The Wellsville Group is looking for a friendly and results-driven Home Furnishing Consultant (HFC). In this role, you'll deliver outstanding service to customers, helping them navigate home furnishing decisions.

You'll be the go-to person for guests, providing expert advice and an engaging shopping experience.

• Greet and Guide: Establish positive communication with guests and provide solutions that meet their desires.
• Product Expertise: Educate customers about furniture and mattress products, features, and benefits.
• Professional Selling: Apply top-tier selling techniques, including rapport-building and closing strategies.
• Sales Excellence: Achieve sales goals, including product mix and financing options.
• Customer Follow-Up: Build strong relationships through after-sales follow-up and ongoing communication.
