- Keep floors looking great with vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
- Empty trash bins and restock cleaning supplies when needed.
- Move furniture and equipment to ensure every area gets the attention it deserves.
- Handle unexpected messes or accidents with calm and care.
- Proactively look for areas that need love—you’ll have ownership of your space.
- Support your team and take pride in making Ashley look its best.
- Strength and stamina—you’ll need to lift 35 lbs. and push/pull 35–50 lbs.
- You’re comfortable on your feet, walking and standing for 2-4 hours.
- You notice the little things and act on them.
- You can work weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
