Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their furniture and mattress needs, providing product information and recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and close sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
