RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relationship Building: Engage with clients, prospects, and community members to foster long-term relationships.
- Networking: Actively participate in local events and outreach programs to connect with centers of influence and expand your network.
- Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
- Lead Generation: Leverage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities.

- Must possess a valid Property & Casualty License.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or related industry.
- Proven track record in sales or a similar role, with a strong focus on relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Experience in community outreach and networking is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
