Crofton, MD Full Time
POSTED ON 4/12/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/10/2025

Events Coordinator

Who are we?

Ashling originated back in 2017 as a catering business, cooking backstage for bands and comedians who come to the DMV to perform. Our company caters backstage to venues such as Capital One Arena, Lyric Theater, Pier 6 Pavilion, Warner Theater, Jiffy Lube, Kennedy Center and so many more. Having fed over 500 artists since then, we created a unique niche over our competition. In 2018, after launching the backstage catering company, the owners expanded into the first restaurant concept in order to create an environment where we are able to have amazing culinary chefs to push out food for all of our operations. During COVID, we recruited our Director of Weddings and event coordinator to help us build that division of the business, seeing that we already are catering daily to high end clients. It was something as a company we felt strong to invest in, as our business model is built heavily on its catering functions. Since then, we are recommended vendors for several well known wedding venues throughout Maryland and have been ranked top wedding caterer in MD in 2023.
