We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Associate to join a prestigious law firm. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of private equity experience and the ability to work flexible hours.

- Help negotiate terms for investments, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Ensure compliance with tax and corporate laws
- Help structure deals, including fund formations and acquisitions
- Document transactions, including acquisition agreements and financing documents
- Represent clients in transactions, including buyouts, growth equity investments, and debt financing
- Provide advice on a range of issues, including portfolio company management, securities regulation, and intellectual property
