What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Outpatient Services position at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center?
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the complete oversight and the efficient and effective operation of the Beachwood and Rocky River Outpatient Centers.
This includes assuring that delivery of patient care meets or exceeds standards for the quality and appropriateness established by Glenbeigh, Joint Commission and State Regulations. Provides leadership, clinical supervision, marketing and business development and administrative support to staff in carrying out their assigned responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling with independent license and supervision designation
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working with substance use disorders
- Minimum of 2 years with direct supervision experience
