What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - GB position at Ashtabula Regional Medical Center?
The LPN is responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care to patients. The LPN documents all pertinent patient activity, collaborates with members of the nursing and medical staff and other departments, and assists the primary nurse with the development of the nursing care plan, discharge planning, patient education, and problem identification. The LPN works under the direction of the RN and is responsible for the full scope of their practice. Applicant must be able to work well with others in a high paced work environment. They must be able to be a team player to provide high quality care for our patients. Interaction with our clients is an integrate part of this position. Applicant must have typing and filing skills.
