What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Ashtead Technology?
What you'll be doing:
As Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for completing administration and support requirements for the
workshop, particularly for Repairs, Goods Out and Inspection.
Day to day you'll be involved in:
- Assisting in shipping and receiving of parts and or equipment
- Assisting in making sure that all safety documents are complete and uploaded in the system
- Assisting with project delivery tickets and terminations
- Assisting in making sure that Ashtead and Offshore employees are certified and green in ISN
- Issuing PO’s as needed
- Uploading all pre/post job inspections, picking list, delivery notes, pictures, videos, etc. in the
system for each project - Assisting in delivering/picking up parts needed for projects
What experience you'll bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience in purchasing is preferred
- Proficient MS Office skills and ability to work with different bespoke software packages
