Our construction team is responsible for delivering high-quality commercial buildings on time and under budget to our clients. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Estimator in the Oklahoma City area.

You are:
- Self-starter, highly motivated, goal oriented, quick, sharp, confident, assertive, and ethical.
- Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality.
- Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent at written and verbal communication.
- Available to work in-office in Oklahoma City. (Not a remote position)
You will:
- Perform Pre-Construction services; provide construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, constructability reviews, cost models, etc. over various phases of a project.
- Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations, evaluate scope and determine any deficits and/or conflicting issues.
- Utilize plans, specifications, knowledge of construction industry standards to analyze project needs, and develop RFI’s to ensure scope coverage.
- Responsible for identifying possible cost saving opportunities and/or risk items that will occur on various projects.
- Manage the preparation and coordination of bid documents, production, subcontractor and vendor pricing, buyouts and project turnover to Project Manager.
- Provide advice, liaison, and planning to prospective and current clients.
- Maintain open communication and good working relationships with development, construction, design, and management teams.
- Easily adapt and utilize multiple computer software systems. (Microsoft, Bluebeam, etc)
Would be amazing if you:
- Have 3-5 years’ experience in commercial construction estimating. Healthcare is a plus.
- Can manage multiple project bid schedules and adjust to daylight savings time.
- Love thinking outside the box and creatively implementing solutions to issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
