- Partner with HR and manufacturing teams to promote a culture where safety is a top priority.
- Conduct audits and investigations, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain injury-free workplaces.
- Deliver impactful training to empower employees with the knowledge and tools to stay safe on the job.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in risk management, EHS, and workers’ compensation, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks before they happen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage employees at all levels and inspire safety best practices.
- Regulatory expertise in OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other safety standards. (Bonus points for OSHA training certifications!)
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed.
