We are seeking a Quality Engineer Manager to lead and support key quality initiatives in either Metal Fabrication or Electrical/Electronics. What You’ll Do:
🔹 Quality Engineer Manager – Metal Fabrication
✅ Oversee quality processes in military and aerospace heavy metal fabrication
✅ Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) in machining and inspection
✅ Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) per AS9102 standards
✅ Interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings for accurate product specifications
✅ Develop supplier quality improvement strategies
🔹 Quality Engineer Manager – Electrical/Electronics
✅ Ensure quality assurance in military and aerospace electrical systems
✅ Inspect and validate wire harnesses and electronic assemblies
✅ Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) to AS9102 compliance

What You Bring:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
✔️ Experience in aerospace/defense with AS9102, IPC-620, J-STD-001 knowledge
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD and quality certifications (AS9100, NADCAP)
✔️ Hands-on approach, with ability to lift items over 25 lbs
✔️Flexibility to accommodate travel needs when required
