At Ashton North LLC, we are seeking an Employee Engagement and HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and reporting key HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making. You will also provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices to ensure a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead annual performance reviews and collaborate with Plant Management on staff development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Requirements:
- 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a huge plus.
- Experience with ADP, KRONOS, and ATS systems preferred.
