What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to embed safety into the company culture.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations, staying ahead of industry standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and oversee ergonomics programs.
- Lead safety training programs to engage employees at all levels.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, implementing effective corrective actions.
- Manage workers' compensation claims in collaboration with third-party administrators.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously improve safety performance.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans to ensure preparedness.
