We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to support our growing manufacturing facility in Sheboygan, WI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual performance reviews and collaborate with Plant Management on staff development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices to ensure a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Create, monitor, and report key HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
Requirements
- 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued.
- Experience with ADP, KRONOS, and ATS systems is preferred.
