We are hiring Quality Engineers to join our team at Ashton North. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, sampling plans, and inspection protocols
- Analyze data and prepare quality reports to drive measurable improvements
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Audit suppliers and manage performance
- Provide training and foster a culture of quality ownership and accountability
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aerospace or defense quality engineering, with expertise in AS9102 First Article Inspection, supplier quality development, and audit experience.
They will also have a deep understanding of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO-based quality systems, and proficiency with GD&T, CAD, CATIA, and Microsoft Office.
