Job Details

We're seeking Quality Engineers to join our team at Ashton North. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in aerospace and defense systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, sampling plans, and inspection protocols
  • Analyze data, prepare quality reports, and drive measurable improvements
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Audit suppliers, manage performance, and support supplier development
  • Provide training and foster a culture of quality ownership and accountability

Requirements:

  • Metal Fabrication Quality Engineers: AS9102 First Article Inspection expertise, skilled in reading 2D/3D prints, supplier quality development and audit experience
  • Electrical/Electronics Quality Engineers: aerospace electrical and electronic assembly background, experience with wire harnesses and electronic assemblies, deep familiarity with AS9102 First Article Inspection
  • S. in Engineering or a related field, proven experience in aerospace or defense quality engineering, deep knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO-based quality systems
  • Proficient with GD&T, CAD or CATIA, and Microsoft Office
