Location: Lake Wales, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $15/hour
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Overview:

ASI Chemical Inc., a family-owned and operated chemical manufacturing company, is looking for a reliable and motivated Production & Warehouse Associate to join our team. We specialize in producing and packaging auto detailing and specialty chemical products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a small, tight-knit team.

You’ll assist with assembly line production, bottle filling, boxing, labeling, pallet wrapping, and other general warehouse tasks. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the production line to fill, cap, and label bottles
• Pack products into boxes for shipping or storage
• Wrap and move pallets of finished goods
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE when required
• Support other departments as needed with general warehouse duties

Qualifications:

• No experience required – we will train the right person
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and punctual
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
