**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- TX/DOT certification.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, climb, push, pull, balance, reach, grasp, and handle materials.
- Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to tolerate extreme temperatures and variable weather conditions.
